Mr. Asher founded Tall Trees Capital and is a seasoned operations and private equity executive with more than 30-years experience in the manufacturing, transportation, wireless, software and consulting industries. He has been President and CEO of public and private growth companies and served as managing director/partner of several investment firms. Mr. Asher’s sense for both company and investor perspectives has successfully enabled clients to execute focused business strategy, increase revenues, prepare for fund raising events, and business exit planning.
Mr. Wilber has more than 30-years experience in the banking and manufacturing industries. After beginning his career as controller for a Big Three automotive company, he has held senior level management positions of public and private banks. His banking background brings a unique understanding of how banks use new equity to maintain government compliance and he has managed credit and loan review departments, work-out, and loss-share assets. Mr. Wilber’s involvement with coordinating safety and soundness exams, regulatory exit reviews, and drafting numerous policies and procedures has enabled him to serve as a bank expert witness.
